If you like the group workout format, then you should try one of our Performance Cycling Classes, where in a 45 minute session you can ride miles! This class is great for HIT or high-intensity interval training where you alternate between short rest breaks and going full velocity with the sound of music. Now if that sounds too intense for you don’t be intimidated because all of our classes start out at your own pace and you are always in control of your own exercises... how? resistance is the key to match the difficulty levels so dial in to your own comfortable workout.


Pole fitness is a total body workout concept encompassing principles of strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and cardio using a dance pole as a vertical gymnastic bar. Sessions will burn as many calories as an average gym session and will help with general fitness, body toning and towards a active lifestyle ….. as well as being fun! The techniques you will experience in a session work to challenge the entire body through a wide variety of transition moves, poses, spins and tricks. These will tone the legs, stomach, bottom and arms using a person’s own body weight rather than using machines.  Sessions are open to all abilities and confidence levels in a friendly and supportive environment.
